Overview
Nominal pressure: 3 MPa. For filling electric lubrication-pump reservoirs in centralized grease systems. A horizontal geared motor drives an eccentric and connecting rod to reciprocate the enclosed piston. Suction discs in the piston and tube cap control transfer through the hose. An outlet vent/pressure-indicating arrangement is provided. Use grease with penetration at least 220 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g, or industrial oil above grade N46.
Selection and operation
Use grease with a penetration of at least 220 (0.1 mm, 25°C, 150 g), or industrial oil with a viscosity grade above N46. Lubricate the drive as instructed before starting. Keep the lubricant clean and do not run the pump without lubricant.
