Overview
Nominal pressure: 3.15 MPa. Reference: JB/ZQ 4544-86. This pump mounts directly on a 200 L drum and has no separate reservoir. It fills electric lubrication pumps independently or automatically when connected to suitable controls. The enclosed piston displacement pump has an outlet pressure-regulating safety valve for overload protection. Use NLGI 0-2 grease with penetration 265-385 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g.
Selection and operation
Grease penetration: 265–385 (0.1 mm, 25°C, 150 g). An adjustable safety valve is fitted at the outlet. Vent the pump during the initial start and close the vent valve when grease appears. Do not run without lubricant.
