Overview
For filling electric lubrication-pump reservoirs. A horizontal geared motor drives an eccentric, slider and pull rod, reciprocating the enclosed piston. Piston and tube-cap check valves control suction and discharge. Outlet filtration is provided. Use grease with penetration at least 220 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g, or industrial oil of at least grade N68.
Selection and operation
Use grease with a penetration of at least 220 (0.1 mm, 25°C, 150 g), or industrial oil with a viscosity grade of N68 or higher. Use a clean, homogeneous lubricant and clean the outlet filter regularly. Automatic replenishment requires a separate level sensor.
