Overview
For dual-line centralized spray-lubrication systems at 10 MPa nominal pressure. Dual-line distributors meter the pump output to spray valves. Incoming oil pressure opens the compressed-air check valve, allowing the oil to be sprayed onto open gear teeth, support rollers, guideways and other friction surfaces. The specified oil viscosity is at least 120 cSt.
Selection and operation
Use oil with a viscosity of at least 120 cSt. The loop circuit includes a changeover valve and an accumulator.
