Overview
For replenishing 31.5 MPa manual lubrication pumps and small 40 MPa electric lubrication pumps. The filling pump has outlet filtration and a level indicator, particularly useful where the receiving pump has no filling-port filter. Filling-pump pressure code V denotes 2.5 MPa; 25 denotes delivery in mL/cycle. Use grease with cone penetration 220-385 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g, or oil above grade N46.
Selection and operation
The filling pump has a nominal pressure of 2.5 MPa. Use grease with a penetration of 220–385 (0.1 mm, 25°C, 150 g), or industrial oil with a viscosity grade above N46.
