Overview
A fixed-displacement external spur-gear pump for filling manual or electric lubrication-pump reservoirs in centralized grease systems. Versions with and without a drum are offered. A mesh guard protects the suction opening. Nominal pressure code F denotes 1 MPa; the numeric field is delivery in L/h; the drum suffix is omitted for a pump without drum.
Selection and operation
Use grease with a penetration of 295–385 (0.1 mm, 25°C, 150 g), or industrial oil with a viscosity grade above N120. Connect for the marked direction of rotation, use clean lubricant and regularly clean the suction strainer.
