Overview
SRB-J: 10 MPa. SRB-L: 20 MPa. Reference standard: JB/ZQ 4557-97. These small pumps mount on a machine panel or frame and supply metered grease through dual-line distributors. For intervals generally longer than 8 hours, DN15 piping no longer than 50 m and no more than 80 points. Use NLGI 0-1 grease with penetration 310-385 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g.
Selection and operation
Nominal pressure: SRB-J, 10 MPa; SRB-L, 20 MPa. Grease penetration: 310–385 (0.1 mm, 25°C, 150 g). Install vertically and allow space for the level indicator to move and for filling.
