Overview
The basic frame-mounted hand pump combines with single-line distributors. Adding a changeover valve permits a manual dual-line end-of-line system. For small machines with intervals generally longer than 8 hours, DN10 piping no longer than 50 m and no more than 40 points. Use NLGI 0-2 grease with penetration at least 265 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g, or oil above grade N68. Ambient temperature: −10 to 40 °C.
Selection and operation
For small machines: maximum line length 50 m and no more than 40 lubrication points. Select the model according to the lubricant.
