Overview
For dual-line centralized grease systems at 10 MPa nominal pressure, with low lubrication frequency, less than 100 m of piping and fewer than 300 points. Particularly suitable for smaller heavy-duty and mining equipment without extensive automatic-control requirements. A motor and reducer drive a piston pump. Dual-line distributors meter the grease; an end-of-line pressure-operated valve controls solenoid changeover or stopping to alternate supply between the mains. Use grease with penetration 250-350 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g.
Selection and operation
Grease penetration: 250–350 (0.1 mm, 25°C, 150 g). Refill through the designated port and do not run without lubricant. Install indoors or in a sheltered location.
