Overview
DB-63 pumps serve small single-line centralized grease systems at 10 MPa, with low lubrication frequency and fewer than 80 points, supplying through sectional distributors. DBZ-63 trolley-mounted units serve widely dispersed points or long lubrication intervals by grease gun, particularly on port and handling equipment. Use grease with penetration 250-350 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g.
Selection and operation
Grease penetration: 250–350 (0.1 mm, 25°C, 150 g). Select a stationary or mobile version to suit the location; check the hose and filling connection.
