Overview
These units lubricate high-speed wire-rod guides and loopers, other high-speed rotating parts, and continuous-caster rolling bearings. They provide adjustable, potentially intermittent oil delivery, continuous air, and monitoring of distribution. Oil viscosity can be up to 7,500 cSt, with a conveying distance of up to 100 m and sealing and cooling functions.
Selection and operation
The system comprises oil supply, air supply, mixing and electrical control sections. Specify the number of points, bearing data, temperature and compressed-air conditions; select relay control or a PLC.
