Overview
For open gears, support rollers, chains, wire ropes, guideways and bearings, including drives on drum mixers, rotary kilns and drum pelletizers. Applications include metallurgy, mining, building materials, power and chemicals. Directed, metered spray distributes lubricant over the friction surface.
Selection and operation
Ambient temperature: −10–80°C. Use N220–N460 oil or grease with a penetration of 265–385 (0.1 mm at 25°C and 150 g). Install the spray unit on or near the machine housing.
