Overview
For metering grease in 10 MPa dual-line centralized systems. Alternate pressure in the two mains drives the pistons. A single-direction version has bottom outlets that discharge on both piston strokes. A two-direction version alternately discharges through upper and lower outlets. The indicator rod shows movement; an adjusting screw sets the dose within its specified range. Use grease with penetration at least 265 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g. Ambient temperature: −10 to 80 °C.
Selection and operation
Versions with delivery in one or two directions are available. Select according to the number of lubrication points and the required delivery per point.
