Overview
SGLL duplex coolers are designed to GB151 with reference to German AD and American TEMA requirements. The source describes steel construction with brass components as applicable. Oil-side operating limits are 1.6 MPa and 150 °C; water-side limits are 1 MPa and 100 °C. Applications include turbine-generator sets, compressors, fans, pumps, petrochemical equipment and other oil-cooling systems.
Selection and operation
The removable tube bundle facilitates cleaning. Horizontal arrangement is usual; select vertical arrangement and materials according to the fluids and installation location.
