Circulating lubrication units combine oil storage, pumping, filtration, cooling, heating and monitoring for machinery. Select by oil flow, pressure, viscosity and equipment operating conditions.
A distributor meters lubricant from the pump to the spray valves. Compressed air passes through the air panel's filter and pressure regulator to the same valves, where it breaks the lubricant into small droplets and sprays them onto the friction surfaces. A time relay in the control box sets the supply duration. Set the monitoring time 2-5 minutes longer than the delivery time established during commissioning.
