An elastic spider between the jaws of the two coupling halves transmits torque and cushions shocks.

Check bores, flanges and the elastic element against the corresponding XL, XLS or XLD connection arrangement.
Technical specifications
XL1–XL16; nominal torque 34–35000 N·m. The bore range includes enlarged-bore configurations. Select according to the hub construction, elastic element and actual operating conditions.
Ordering information
Specify power, operating speed, load characteristics, both shaft diameters and extension lengths, shaft-end separation and installation conditions. Include brake, dynamic-balancing and elastic-element requirements where applicable.
