Overview
Metal hubs with external teeth engage a nylon internal-tooth ring to transmit torque.
Construction and maintenance
Available in configurations A, B and C. Check the nylon tooth ring, metal hubs and retention arrangement, and inspect the tooth ring periodically for wear.

TGL1–TGL12; nominal torque 10–2500 N·m. Dimensions, inertia and mass are listed separately for types A/B and C. Match bore diameter and length within the same table row.

Specify power, operating speed, load characteristics, both shaft diameters and extension lengths, shaft-end separation and installation conditions. Include brake, dynamic-balancing and elastic-element requirements where applicable.
