Circulating lubrication units combine oil storage, pumping, filtration, cooling, heating and monitoring for machinery. Select by oil flow, pressure, viscosity and equipment operating conditions.
Rotary-kiln support rollers should be installed parallel to the kiln centreline. Because the inclined kiln tends to move downhill under its own weight, the hydraulic thrust-roller system drives it uphill or permits controlled downhill movement, typically at 2-3 mm/h. This promotes even contact and wear between tyres and support rollers and reduces roller-adjustment work.
