Circulating lubrication units combine oil storage, pumping, filtration, cooling, heating and monitoring for machinery. Select by oil flow, pressure, viscosity and equipment operating conditions.
For individual machines or small single-line oil/grease systems below 30 MPa. Internal pistons positively meter the inlet flow to outlets on both sides. Mounting dimensions are common across outlet-count variants. Combining outlets increases delivery. The distributor may be used with manual, pneumatic or electric pumps, or as a secondary unit in larger single-/dual-line systems. Use grease with penetration greater than 265 × 0.1 mm; for oil above grade N68, reduce operating pressure to approximately 15 MPa.
