Circulating lubrication units combine oil storage, pumping, filtration, cooling, heating and monitoring for machinery. Select by oil flow, pressure, viscosity and equipment operating conditions.
NRC heaters serve hydraulic/lubricating fluids and other non-corrosive liquids. Fins substantially increase heat-transfer area, reducing heat output per unit surface area and helping prevent oil carbonisation. The assembly comprises a metal-sheathed tubular heating element, a seamless steel protective sleeve with metal fins, and a gasket. The asbestos-rubber gasket material is rated to 300 °C.
