Design and configuration
Length alone does not define a blow bar. Check cross-section, working-edge profile, retaining slots, clamping faces and orientation against the rotor and fixing components.
Operating conditions and installation
Feed size, abrasiveness, moisture and foreign material affect selection. Confirm materials, inspection requirements, individual mass and set arrangement in the equipment and project documents. A blow bar is not interchangeable with a swinging hammer.
Inspection and maintenance
Separate working-face wear from sudden fracture and damage at mounting interfaces. Record the installation position, operating period, feed changes and condition of the matching parts; follow the equipment maintenance requirements.

Provide equipment and rotor model, part drawing and number, section and mounting dimensions, quantity per set, mass requirements and feed conditions. Include photographs and records of working-edge and fixing-area damage.
