Product overview
Wear-protection liners for chutes, hoppers and material-transfer points. Ceramic tiles and ceramic-rubber composites are selected for the wear mechanism, impact, temperature and fixing conditions.
Design and configuration
Specify ceramic layout, rubber layers, optional steel backing, overall dimensions, joints and fixing details separately. Different layer combinations are different configurations; the illustration does not prescribe a universal layer arrangement.
Operating conditions and installation
Sliding abrasion and direct impact from large lumps require different assessments. State drop height, flow direction, particle conditions, temperature and contact media. All layers and bonding or fixing materials must suit the service environment.
Inspection and maintenance
Inspect working layers, joints, backing, fixing points and any layer separation. Relate local damage to flow direction and impact locations. Evaluate acceptance against the agreed requirements for the complete construction.
Information for enquiries
Provide equipment-location and liner-layout drawings, dimensions, layer arrangement, fixing method, material size and drop conditions, temperature, media, part numbers and quantities. Include photographs of wear and impact zones.
Product illustration
Illustrations show typical structural arrangements. Materials, dimensions, interfaces and supply scope are subject to the approved drawings and technical documents.
