Circulating lubrication units combine oil storage, pumping, filtration, cooling, heating and monitoring for machinery. Select by oil flow, pressure, viscosity and equipment operating conditions.
HC units provide oil lubrication for compressors such as make-up hydrogen compressors in petrochemical hydrocracking plants. A separate, full-capacity auxiliary oil pump is driven by an explosion-proof motor. It supplies oil before starting and during shutdown, when the compressor shaft-driven oil pump is not yet operating normally or is about to stop. Once the compressor reaches normal operation, the shaft-driven pump takes over and the auxiliary pump stops. Before stopping the compressor, start the auxiliary pump and confirm normal operation. Stop the auxiliary pump only after the compressor has come fully to rest. The lubricant is N100-N150 machine oil.
