Circulating lubrication units combine oil storage, pumping, filtration, cooling, heating and monitoring for machinery. Select by oil flow, pressure, viscosity and equipment operating conditions.
The 1,133 L/min finishing-mill station described here is one example of lubrication equipment for a high-speed wire-rod mill. Complete mill systems can also include oil and oil-air lubrication stations for roughing/intermediate mills and pre-finishing mills, supplying reduction gears, gear stands, conveying rolls, oil-film bearings and rolling guides. Requirements depend on the production process; the actual configuration must be agreed for the application.
