Overview
Monitoring and fully automatic versions are available for 40 MPa dual-line end-of-line grease systems. The cabinet coordinates the lubrication pump, changeover valve and filling pump. Delivery stops automatically at cycle completion; low level starts replenishment and full level stops it. Alarms cover excessive delivery time, empty reservoir and overload.
Selection and operation
The pump stops when the lubrication cycle is complete. Low-level replenishment and fault alarms are automatic. Wire the cabinet according to the terminal diagram and the main-machine interlocks.
