Overview
Automatically controls one DGZ or DXZ end-of-line electric grease system. After the adjustable interval, it starts the lubrication pump and stops it when delivery is complete. Filling-pump control and lubrication metering are included. Alarms cover excessive delivery time and overload. External contacts report stopped, running, fault and breaker-closed status to the main machine or control room.
Selection and operation
R1901 is for DGZ/DXZ systems with end-of-line monitoring; R1902 is for DRB-L loop systems; R1904 is for DRB-L systems with end-of-line monitoring.
