Overview
For 40 MPa centralized grease systems. A single pump outlet is directed alternately to mains I and II, forming a dual-line end-of-line system. A small AC motor and reduction gear drive an eccentric linkage; a spring-assisted mechanism moves the two-position/four-way spool rapidly. Use NLGI 0-3 grease with penetration at least 220 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C.
Selection and operation
A limit switch indicates valve position. Install in a dry, ventilated location with access for maintenance.
