Overview
For electric end-of-line centralized grease systems. Differential pressure is mechanically converted to an electrical signal when end pressure exceeds the adjustable setting. The control cabinet then commands the solenoid valve to alternate the mains. Nominal pressure: 20 MPa; setting: 4 MPa. Use NLGI 0-2 grease with penetration 265-385 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g.
Selection and operation
Connect to the ends of the supply lines and install a distributor downstream of the valve. Check the connections and adjustment direction against the drawing.
