Product overview

Mill liners combining metallic wear sections with elastic rubber components. Working surfaces, support and connections are selected as a complete assembly for impact, temperature, process media and installation conditions.

Design and configuration

Check the working profile, metal inserts, rubber support, fastening zones and adjacent segments together. Appearance or the thickness of one layer cannot define the complete liner specification.

Operating conditions and installation

Specify operating temperature, contact media, wet or dry duty and impact conditions. Changes from an all-metal design require a new review of interfaces, profile and maintenance arrangements; equivalent external dimensions do not guarantee equivalent performance.

Inspection and maintenance

Record wear location, remaining profile, impact marks, local damage, support and fixing condition. Reassess the lining when feed, media size or operating mode changes. For composite liners, also inspect rubber and interfaces.

Information for enquiries

Provide assembly and segment drawings, working profiles, mounting interfaces and photographs. State temperature, feed size, grinding media, wet or dry operation, part numbers and quantities. Confirm materials and acceptance requirements in the technical documents.

Product illustration

Illustrations show typical structural arrangements. Materials, dimensions, interfaces and supply scope are subject to the approved drawings and technical documents.
