Overview
For multi-line centralized grease systems at 10 MPa, with very low lubrication frequency and no more than 50 points. Supply directly or through single-line sectional distributors. Typical machines include crushers, forging presses, port cranes and printing machines. Use NLGI 0-2 grease with penetration at least 265 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g. Ambient temperature: 0-40 °C.
Selection and operation
Ambient temperature: 0–40°C. Use grease with a penetration of at least 265 (0.1 mm, 25°C, 150 g). Refill through the designated connection with the pump stopped.
