Overview
For 40 MPa dual-line centralized grease systems. Top and bottom outlets discharge alternately as the mains reverse. Indicator rods show operation and adjustment screws set delivery. Use NLGI 0-2 grease with penetration at least 265 × 0.1 mm at 25 °C and 150 g, or oil above N68. Ambient temperature: −10 to 80 °C. Oil-service pressure: 20 MPa.
Selection and operation
Select according to the number of outlets and delivery per outlet. Mounting dimensions and outlet positions are shown in the drawing for the corresponding model.
