A roller chain engages the sprockets on both coupling halves to transmit torque. A protective cover can be fitted.

Torque, speed, bores and installation dimensions must all correspond to the same size.

Specify power, operating speed, load characteristics, both shaft diameters and extension lengths, shaft-end separation and installation conditions. Include brake, dynamic-balancing and elastic-element requirements where applicable.
